Application
The gas conditioning system ASS has been designed for continuous use so that detailed gas analyses can be carried out at any time. The entire gas conditioning system is installed on a mounting
plate which ensures that the components can be removed easily.

Description
The Ankersmid digital gas conditioning system is a compact, low maintenance, self monitoring controlled system. It is suitable for variable and continuous operation for most applications.
A sample gas diaphragm pump ensures flow to the analyser and will stop in case of an alarm produced by the cooler or optionally the liquid sensor.
The dew point is set at 4°C but can be changed at any value between 1°C and 15°C.
A preliminary fine filter (AUF) is installed at the inlet of the gas sampling pump and can be equipped with a variety of filter elements in different materials and porosities.
Any condensation is continually removed by a peristaltic pump. (type ACP ASR25).
Flowmeters with needle valve are optional.
